What to include in your message

• The email address you used at checkout.
• Your order confirmation number, if you have it.
• The shipping name and ZIP or postal code on the order.

How quickly we reply

Email is answered on business days, usually within one working day, and always by a person who can look up your order. Phone lines are staffed during US business hours. If you write over a weekend or a US public holiday, expect a reply the next business day.

Which questions we can answer fastest

• Where is my order? Give us the checkout email and we will resend the tracking link. US parcels typically arrive in about 5-7 business days; see the shipping page for details.
• Can I change my address? Yes, if the parcel has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
• I want a refund. You have 60 days from delivery. Email us and we will send return instructions and the return address.
• Was I charged twice? Send the last four digits of the card and the date and we will check the payment records and reverse any duplicate.
• Questions about the formula. The full label is published on the ingredients page, and dosing is covered on how to take FocusMax.

What we cannot help with

Our team is a customer support team, not a medical one. We cannot tell you whether FocusMax is safe alongside your prescription, whether it suits a specific health condition, or what to do about a symptom — those are questions for your doctor or pharmacist, who knows your history. FocusMax is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Orders placed somewhere else

We can only look up orders placed on getfocusmax.com. If you bought a bottle from a marketplace listing or another website, that seller is not us, we have no record of the purchase, and the 60-day money-back policy does not apply. Ordering from the official website is the only way to be covered.
