Shipping cost

• 2 bottle package: $20 shipping and handling.
• 3 bottle package: free US shipping.
• 6 bottle package: free US shipping.

Shipping is shown in your order summary before you pay. All prices are in USD.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier on delivery; those charges are set by the destination country and are not collected by us.

Processing and delivery time

• Orders are processed on business days, usually within 1–2 business days.
• US delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Canada typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and public holidays can extend them.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking details once the parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact contact@vital-roots.site and we will chase it.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment; a second shipping charge may apply where the original address was incorrect.

Damaged or missing parcels

Contact support within 14 days of the delivery date with your order details and photos of any damage, and we will make it right.
