The 60-day window

You have 60 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund of the purchase price of your order. Both opened and unopened bottles from that order can be returned — we ask that you actually give the product a fair try.

How to request a refund

1. Email contact@vital-roots.site or call +1 (814) 300-8172 within the 60-day window.
2. Include the email address used at checkout, your order number and the shipping name and ZIP or postal code.
3. Support confirms your request and sends the return address and instructions.
4. Send the bottles back with a tracked service and share the tracking number.

What is refunded

• The purchase price of the returned product is refunded to the original card.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return arriving. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and we cover the return cost.
