• Payment information is entered on an encrypted form hosted by Stripe. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited, which is used to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

• To process, pack and ship your order and to send order and delivery updates.
• To handle support requests and refunds under our money-back policy.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your details with anyone except the service providers needed to run the store — our payment processor, our fulfilment and shipping partners, and our email provider — each of whom may only use the data to perform that service.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for the site and checkout to function. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout may then not work.

Data retention

Order records are retained for as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
