Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include the amounts displayed in your order summary before payment. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel and refund an order if a pricing or stock error occurs.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Each package sold here is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription or automatic rebill.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping terms are set out on our shipping page and refund terms on our returns and refund policy page. Both pages form part of these terms.

Product use

FocusMax is a dietary supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use it as directed on the label and consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or living with a medical condition.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, resell our products without written permission, or copy site content for commercial use.

Intellectual property

The FocusMax name, logo, product images and website content are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
