How we write about supplements
The rules our guides are written against — and the things we deliberately refuse to do, even though they would probably sell more bottles.
Rule 01
We never make disease claims
FocusMax is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Nothing we publish says or implies that it diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition — including memory loss, dementia or ADHD. Where a symptom belongs with a doctor, we say so instead of selling around it.
Rule 02
We do not invent social proof
You will not find customer reviews, star ratings, testimonials, doctor endorsements or 'as seen in' logos on this site, because we will not publish ones we cannot substantiate. When we have verified customer feedback to share, it will be labelled as exactly that.
Rule 03
We do not cite studies we have not read
This category is full of pages citing research that does not say what the page claims. We describe ingredients in terms of what they are and how they are traditionally or commonly used, and we avoid quoting percentages, trial results or statistics as if they applied to our finished product.
Rule 04
Prices, policies and the label are stated exactly
Package prices, shipping costs, the 60-day money-back window, the serving size and the ingredient list are written to match the label and the checkout. If any of those change, the guides change with them.
Rule 05
Comparisons are checkable
Our comparison pages are written by the company that makes FocusMax, and we say so on every one. We only compare facts you can verify yourself on a competitor's current label or policy page, and we tell you to check the current label rather than trusting our snapshot.
Rule 06
We say when something varies
Response to a botanical routine differs from person to person, and no page here pretends otherwise. Timelines are described as typical expectations for a daily routine, not as promised outcomes.
Rule 07
Reviewed and dated
Every guide carries the date the content library was last reviewed for accuracy. Reviews cover claim safety, pricing accuracy, ingredient wording and links.
Found something wrong?
If a page here states something inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it. Our contact page has our email, phone number and mailing address, and every guide is listed in the Learn hub.
